The land size, material type and quantity, and environmental protection requirements are key factors affecting selection.
Hot dip galvanizing is not suited for all kinds of products' coating. Some products may need plating, so there are different types of production lines.
Before running the factory, you need to know that once it starts, it can't be stopped. The zinc solution must be kept in molten condition all year round.
Ensure you have sufficient work volume to offset costs and generate profits, regardless of which production line you choose.
Kettle size is determined by the largest parts' size that are also in large quantity. For example, if you have 12m pipes in small quantity but 6m steel structures in large quantity, we advise against choosing a 12.5m kettle. We can provide guidance based on your specific part sizes.
