Working Process

 

  • High-speed pulse combustion system fixed at the corner of the galvanizing furnace, the combustion air continuously surrounds the zinc kettle.
  • The thermal conductivity of the heat evenly passes to each point of zinc kettle, which also absorbs heat generated by the burner. It can produce the same high efficiency and thermal conductivity greatly prolong kettle life.
  • Poor structure will result in burner flame instability, and zinc kettle prone to deformation. A good burner combustion air excess coefficient in the lower case is easy to adjust, to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
