Product Description

         In order to ensure the prolongation of the furnace service life, we professionally designed many zinc drain holes at specific positions. When the zinc kettle accidentally creaking, the molten zinc will flow into the zinc drain hole according to the designed direction. In days to come, just pull out the solid zinc from the zinc drain holes. That ensures the molten zinc will not block the flue or cause the failure of the combustion system which may result in greater losses.

Working Process

• High-speed pulse combustion system fixed at the corner of the galvanizing furnace, the combustion air continuously surrounds the zinc kettle.
• The thermal conductivity of the heat evenly passes to each point of zinc kettle, which also absorbs heat generated by the burner. It can produce the same high efficiency and thermal conductivity greatly prolong kettle life.
• Poor structure will result in burner flame instability, and zinc kettle prone to deformation. A good burner combustion air excess coefficient in the lower case is easy to adjust, to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
