The white fume is produced from the hot dip galvanizing process. Generally, the molten zinc surface quickly forms an oxide layer, producing minimal fume. However, when workpieces are dipped into and removed from the zinc kettle, fume production increases suddenly due to stirring and fluxing agent volatilization.

The white fume collection system features a top suction hood positioned above the zinc kettle. Fume is efficiently drawn into treatment equipment, achieving a capture rate exceeding 98%.

The fume treatment system comprises a shell, filter bag, dust hopper, dust discharging device, bracket, and pulse dust cleaning system. Dust-containing fume enters through the air inlet, passes through inner filter bags where dust is trapped on outer surfaces. Purified gas enters the clean air chamber and is collected in the air outlet pipe for discharge.

Filter bags are cleaned sequentially at timed intervals. Each row corresponds to an electromagnetic pulse valve that opens during cleaning, injecting water-free, oil-free high-pressure clean air to remove accumulated dust.
