Enclosed pickling represents the most advanced and environmentally friendly pickling method available. The system utilizes vacuum blowers to extract acid mist through pipelines, treating it in water towers to meet environmental emission standards.

The scrubber employs sodium hydroxide solution as a neutralization solution to purify acid fumes. Air is drawn into the inlet section by centrifugal fans, flowing downward then upward through multiple filter layers while reacting with neutralization solution from multi-stage nozzles before being discharged through exhaust pipes.

Following contract execution, we initiate manufacturing operations including procurement of steel, raw materials, electronic components, and auxiliary equipment. Our team designs specialized software (machine control-PLC and HMI) for automated system operation.

Our engineers perform mechanical installation, power system placement, controller setup, and complete system assembly according to design specifications. This includes welding steel structures, connecting power systems, arranging layout management, and initiating system operations to ensure normal equipment functionality.

Post-installation trial operations include furnace combustion system adjustments for optimal heat efficiency and traveling crane operation optimization for smooth process flow.
