The land size, material type and quantity, environmental protection requirements, and other factors affect selection. Hot dip galvanizing is not suited for all kinds of products' coating - some products may need plating, requiring different production lines.

Before running the factory, you need to know that once it starts, it can't be stopped. The zinc solution must be kept in molten condition all year round. Therefore, regardless of which production line you choose, ensure you have sufficient work volume to offset costs and generate profits.

Kettle size is determined by the largest parts' size that are also in large quantity. For example, if you have 12m pipes in small quantities but 6m steel structures in large quantities, we would advise against choosing a 12.5m kettle. You can make the final decision, or provide your part sizes for our customized kettle design.
