3. Feasibility Analysis

3.1. Composition Analysis of Solvents

In the Fluxing Agent Reaction Tank, the main useful components are zinc chloride, ammonium chloride, explosion-proof agent, in addition to iron dichloride, H+ ion, OH- ion, iron ion mud, impurities and other metal ions. Zinc chloride, ammonium chloride and explosion-proof agent can exist stably in the solvent with ph value from 0 to 4.5. 3.2. Chemical Reaction Analysis

In weak acid environment, by adding proper proportion of ammonia and hydrogen peroxide (oxidant), the divalent iron ion in the solvent is oxidized to trivalent iron and then precipitated.
